i didn't think this was possible

twelve years ago, i stopped wearing perfumes. i had just jumped into the world of young living essential oils and was quickly educated on the dangerous ingredients that were in the pretty little bottles i had on my shelf. just the word fragrance alone could mask so many unknowns that i was putting right on my body. i'd have to say ... it wasn't popular to talk about being fragrance free a dozen years ago.
but things have changed. our country is waking up to the fact that many companies care more about making a profit than your health. so if there is a way to make their product cheaper or prettier, despite the potential risks, they will do it. the word fragrance now is a known front for a plethora of hidden dangers.
i've been using essential oils as my 'perfume' for all these years. i loved to mix up my own blends or grab a roll-on from young living (stress away and valor). i always smelled great. but these didn't last the longest and i would have to reapply. i just thought this was forever my new normal.
last month, that all changed.

young living announced a sister company, wyld notes. wyld notes is redefining clean fragrance! each scent is crafted with natural ingredients and organic, non-denatured alcohol. free from synthetics and toxins, every spritz is a statement of care (for you + our planet). wyld notes will come in five fragrances; smokey ember, timeless floral, rugged wilderness, sweet decadence, and fireside citrus. they are gender-neutral so can be worn by both men + women. there is also a discovery set that comes with a small sample of each so you can try them all before you buy.

this will change the industry. having a line of fine fragrance without any of the toxic ingredients is not mainstream, but it's growing momentum in today's world. people want safe products. people don't want to face negative long term side effects because of what wasn't disclosed to them on the bottle. people want better.
i didn't think this was possible for a long, long time. i knew there were clean-er fragrance lines out there, but none that were completely free of the garbage. now, this will be a collection i not only wear myself, but someday ... my daughter will. how lucky will she be?
if you're interested in being in the know about all things wyld notes, you can join my email list here. products are not live yet in the shop, but will be this month. you can shop for them here.
friends. smell your best, without settling for toxic ingredients.
