a love letter to ningxia red

hiiiiiiiiii ningxia lovers! if you're not one, it's probably because you haven't tried it. just sayin'. during the winter months, it not only gets freezing cold (way, way below zero), but it seems like we don't see the sun as often as we need. this just makes for all kinds of miserable. ningxia is vital to keeping my family from letting the cold and ick take us out during the time when mother nature hates on us.

because i love my ningxia red, i thought i would write it a little love letter and share it with all of you today. i have a hunch, many of you feel the same way.

dear ningxia red,

when i first met you, i wasn't sure what to do. wolfberry who? i'd NEVER heard of such a fruit. were you the real deal? would you live up to the hype? oh baby, it turns out that you were JUST what my body needed. i gave you a whirl and our relationship took off.

from the moment i tried you, i cleared out a special place in my fridge just for you. i'm pretty sure that all of the other occupants in the fridge were jealous of the new guy that had moved in. they had tried to give me what i needed, but they didn't have all the vitamins + minerals + essential oils that you had inside. oh no, not even close. your magic is that wolfberry and there ain't nobody else with that in all the land. i tell people to google it if they don't believe me. your antioxidant power make my heart go pitter-pat.

there are so many ways that i can enjoy you. there are mocktails and shots, slushies and gummies, spritzers and shakes. humans or animals ... you can help anything with a heartbeat! i'll be honest, i like my alone time with you when you're in your packet. you know how i'm on the run and you make it so easy for me to grab and go. oh ningxia, you have never let me down. you keep my body happy on the daily and for that ... I THANK YOU.
